The entire production process is strictly controlled by sowing to the final crop.
These soy flours have a protein content of 38-40% and contain up to 2% of soy lecithin that acts as a dough emulsifier. SOJA AUSTRIA flours are also characterized by the ability to bind water and the content of natural antioxidants that extend the shelf life of the finished product.
These products do not contain preservatives or additives and are available in the organic version.
