You can make a great veggie burger with just a few simple ingredients, using our plant-based textured and semi-processed plant-based products.

TP55G is a textured pea protein granule, obtained by extrusion of concentrated yellow pea, it’s allergen-free and is used as a burger base. It reproduces structure, fibrousness and succulence typical of meat.

By absorbing water during cooking, it lowers the weight loss of the finished product, which has a smooth and tender texture, and the consistency of the burger remains unchanged even after deep-freezing and defrosting. The granular structure visually recreates animal fat. The textured also serves as a protein supply for the veggie burger.

FLAVOR FOR PLANT BASED BURGER TYPE BEEF is an aromatic powder blend that reproduces the aroma, taste, and color typical of beef.

PLANT BASED MEAT FUNCTIONAL BLEND is a functional powder blend that binds the aromatic blend and the textured. It is used as a stabilizing, thickener and gelling agent.

All ingredients used for veggie burgers are gluten free.
